Lana Puzanova

Lana Puzanova is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting. Currently serving as Senior Director, US Controller at Alvogen since June 2018, Lana oversees technical accounting, financial reporting, accounting operations, and accounts payable. Previously, Lana held the position of Director, Corporate Accounting at Allergan from April 2013 to May 2018, managing corporate accounting processes and ensuring compliance in North America. Lana also served as Associate Director of Financial Reporting at Actavis, Inc., overseeing SEC reporting, and as Assurance Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, managing engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, including several multinational corporations. Lana holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola.
