Taneka Seymore, MS, SPHR

Taneka Seymore, MS, SPHR, currently serves as the Associate Director of Total Rewards at Alvogen since March 2020. Prior to this role, Taneka held the position of Regional Total Rewards Manager for North America at International Flavors & Fragrances from March 2019 to March 2020. Taneka's extensive experience in benefits administration and total rewards includes serving as Senior Manager in both roles at Ferring Pharmaceuticals from April 2011 to March 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Design from Claremont Graduate University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pomona College, and a certificate in Human Resource Management from UC San Diego.
