Zena Stephens Joy

Zena Stephens Joy, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Associate Director of Total Rewards at Fortra since November 2022. Prior to this role, Zena held multiple positions at Waystar from February 2020 to October 2022, including Manager of Total Rewards and Sr. Total Rewards Business Partner. Zena's career began at Emerson as an HR Analyst in the MBA Leadership Program from June 2017 to September 2019, where responsibilities included analyzing market trends, developing salary structures, and administering employee opinion surveys. Earlier experience includes an HR internship at KFC, where Zena contributed to the design of a new Talent Selection Process. Zena holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Business Administration from Oglethorpe University.
