Diana Taylor has extensive experience in the education field, spanning over 25 years. Diana began their career as a Special Education Teacher in the Etiwanda School District in 1995. Diana then worked as a Special Education Teacher in the Alvord Unified School District from 2004 to 2006, before joining Pearland ISD as a Special Education Teacher from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, Diana moved to the Murrieta Valley Unified School District, where they continued their role as a Special Education Teacher until 2014. Diana then returned to the Alvord Unified School District as a Special Education Teacher from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Assistant Principal at Promenade Elementary School in the Alvord Unified School District, where they stayed until 2019. Diana is currently the Principal of Orrenmaa Elementary School in the Alvord Unified School District, a position they have held since 2019.
Diana Taylor's education history includes a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from National University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they received a Teaching Credential in Mild/Moderate Education Specialist from California State University-San Bernardino from 1997 to 1999. Diana also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the same university, earned from 1992 to 1994. In addition, Diana Taylor has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from Riverside City College, completed from 1990 to 1992.
