Akshay Srinath

Akshay Srinath is a Downstream Development Scientist at Alvotech since September 2021, specializing in the late-stage activity of monoclonal antibody purification processes, including process characterization using Design of Experiments (DoE) and conducting robustness and impurity clearance studies. Prior to this role, Akshay worked as a Scientist at Biocon Research Limited from September 2016 to January 2020, focusing on the development and characterization of monoclonal antibody purification processes, including capture, ion exchange chromatography, viral filtration, and tangential flow filtration. Akshay holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Biotechnology from Jain College, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
