Odom Seng

Odom Seng is a dedicated Downstream Process Development Scientist at Rentschler Biopharma since January 2025, bringing a robust background in biopharmaceutical research and development. Previous roles include Associate Scientist at Batavia Biosciences, Senior Research Associate at hC Bioscience, and Senior Associate Scientist at Carmine Therapeutics. Odom also served as a Manufacturing Associate at Thermo Fisher Scientific and contributed as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Rhode Island, where nanocomposite microparticles were synthesized for pulmonary drug delivery applications. Odom holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, attained from 2018 to 2020.
