Vinoth Kumar Kalaiazhagan

Vinoth Kumar Kalaiazhagan is an experienced biotechnology professional with a focus on upstream processes for monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) and biosimilars. Currently serving as Senior Manager in USP MSAT at Alvotech since July 2020, Vinoth has held multiple roles within the company, including Principal Specialist and Senior Specialist. Previously, Vinoth worked as Associate Manager in MSAT at Mentrik Biotech, specializing in upstream processes for the Ocaratuzumab product. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant Manager at Intas Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included process development for biosimilars, and at Biocon, focusing on regulatory audits and manufacturing of biosimilars. Vinoth began the professional journey at Biocon as an Executive and Project Trainee. Educational qualifications include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Periyar University.
