Allie Richert is the Director of Customer Success at Alvys. Allie has over six years of experience in customer success and product support. Allie started their career as a Solutions Specialist at INXPO. Allie then became a Team Lead for Product Support at FourKites, Inc. In December 2020, they left FourKites to join Alvys as the Director of Customer Success. At Alvys, Allie is responsible for providing high quality support to customers via phone and email, being a product expert, creating new documentation, identifying process improvements, partnering with the engineering team, and proactively providing feedback to the product team. Allie has a deep knowledge of APIs, XML, JSON, and other common data formats from their years of experience in customer success and product support.
Allie Richert is a graduate of Point Park University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. Allie also holds a degree from Pine-Richland High School.
