Serghei Harti

Serghei Harti is currently a Sales Representative at Alvys. Prior to this, they were a Logistics Specialist at Impexfero-H from January 2021 to February 2022. Serghei was also a Complaints Handler at KIVORK from June 2020 to December 2020, where they were responsible for feedback monitoring, investigating customer's issues, and communicating with difficult and problematic customers. Additionally, they were the Customer Relations Manager at KIVORK from October 2019 to May 2020, where they were responsible for making interviews and recruiting staff, arranging meetings with the customer support department, providing training for staff, handling complaints, and finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.

Serghei Harti has not finished their educational career. Serghei is currently studying marketing and logistics at Universitatea de Stat din Moldova.
