Ali Sharif

Ali Sharif is a seasoned digital management professional currently serving as Digital Manager at Alwasat Media Group since June 2022. Previously, Ali held the position of Senior Content Producer at BBC Media Action from January 2015 to June 2021 and worked as Social Media Manager for the National Oil Corporation between May 2019 and December 2020. Notably, during the Libyan revolution, Ali contributed as a Communication Officer for the International Committee of the Red Cross, aiding in establishing the main delegation in Benghazi while fostering relationships with various media outlets. Ali holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Benghazi and is pursuing a degree in Digital Media, Culture and Society from the University of Brighton.
