Marty Beard

Marty Beard is the CEO and Co-Founder of alwaysAI. Marty was previously the Chief Operating Officer at BlackBerry, where they were responsible for repositioning BlackBerry around their "Enterprise of Things" strategy. Before that, they were the Chairman & CEO of LiveOps, Inc., a leading Cloud Applications player in the customer support space. At LiveOps, they helped agents see all channels and all information about a customer on one integrated screen, making them more productive and the customer happier. Marty also provided access to 20,000 Americans working "in the cloud" - i.e, a virtual workforce available 'on-demand' as contact center professionals for a variety of industries.

Marty Beard's educational career includes a B.A. from University of California, Berkeley in Theirtory & Rhetoric and an MBA from Georgetown University.
