Lauren Turner

Lauren Turner has a diverse range of work experience in the field of customer marketing. Starting in 2011, they worked as the Manager of Consumer Product Business at MUSIC Group. Lauren then moved on to Springstone Financial LLC as a Brand Manager in 2012. From 2013 to 2014, they held roles at Bose Corporation, first as a Retail Marketing Planner and then as a Product Line Manager. Lauren went on to work at SDL plc as a Product Marketing Manager from 2014 to 2015, and later joined Lionbridge as the Product Marketing Director for Global Solutions in 2015. In 2016, they became the Senior Manager of Customer Advocacy Marketing at Nuance Communications. Lauren also has experience at Customers Love Me as a Principal Advocacy Consultant from 2017 to 2019. Lauren then worked at UserTesting, initially as a Senior Customer Marketing Manager and later as a Senior Manager of Customer Marketing. Most recently, they joined Qlik as the Director of Global Customer Marketing in 2022 and is currently working as the Director of Customer Marketing at Alyce since 2023.

Lauren Turner has an MBA degree in Marketing and Management from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, a BA degree from Wesleyan University in the College of Social Studies, and completed their high school education at Newark Academy. Lauren also holds additional certifications such as Introduction to Generative AI from Google (expected completion in 2023), UserTesting Foundational Certification from UserTesting (obtained in 2022), and Introduction to Advocate Marketing from Influitive (obtained in 2016).
