Kate Herring Dugan

Kate Herring Dugan serves as the Valdez Communications Manager at Alyeska Pipeline Service Company since January 2011, representing the company in Alaska communities and leading communication efforts in the region. Previous experience includes serving as a Legislative Aide for State Senator Hollis French and State Senator Johnny Ellis, where responsibilities encompassed researching and carrying legislation on various topics. Additionally, Kate held the position of Director of Advocacy and Public Relations at the American Lung Association of Alaska, overseeing government relations and media interactions, and worked as a Policy Coordinator at the Alaska Native Health Board, managing a grant for tobacco policy change. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The George Washington University.
