Luiz Panareli

Luiz Panareli has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Luiz started their career as the CEO of INDICO in 2015 and eventually became an Executive Board Member. Luiz also served as a Partner/Director and Director of Research and Development at INDICO. In 2017, they founded INDICO INNOVATION, a subsidiary of INDICO Group focused on finding innovative solutions for customers. Luiz held the position of Founder & CEO at INDICO INNOVATION. In 2019, Luiz became a Co-Founder & Board Member at Alymente. Luiz went on to found NeoCo | Digital Intelligence in 2023, where they serve as the Founder & CIO. Additionally, Luiz has held roles as Founder & CIO at PontoE, Mentor at Accelerated Network, Conselheiro at ESAOF, and COO at UNEAR. Earlier in their career, they were the CEO of MyDBM and DBM Manager at MarketData Global Consulting. In these positions, they handled various projects and implemented strategies that led to positive financial results and improved customer relationships.

Luiz Panareli has a strong educational background in marketing and IT. Luiz obtained a Bachelor's degree in IT from Universidade Paulista, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo from 2007 to 2008. Luiz further enhanced their marketing expertise by completing an MBA in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2009 and 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Luiz Panareli has also obtained several certifications to further expand their skill set. In 1996, they acquired a Pilot License for Fixed-Wing Aircraft from ANAC - Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil. In 1997, they obtained a Glider Private Pilot License from the same institution, showcasing their interest in aviation. Furthermore, in 2017, they completed a course on Business English Basics through Coursera Course Certificates. Most recently, in August 2020, Luiz completed a training on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Udemy.
