Grace Ngapo

Grace Ngapo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people development, transformation, and operational excellence. Currently serving as the People Development Lead at Alysian since June 2023, Grace is responsible for building and operating people functions at a consulting firm. Previously, Grace worked at McKinsey & Company from July 2017 to March 2023, holding roles including Professional Development Manager, where management of people projects focused on talent attraction and retention in Australia and New Zealand was emphasized. Grace has also led strategy and operational projects at Appen, achieving significant revenue growth and productivity savings. With a solid foundation in engineering, Grace earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree from The University of Auckland, further enhancing a career that includes leadership roles in various sectors.
