Filip Jašek

Filip Jašek has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies. Filip started their career as a Call Center Specialist at Citibank Czech Republic in 2005 and worked there until 2008. In 2008, they joined Keyence as a Sales Engineer, where they were responsible for business development, technical support, and project management until 2009.

From 2009 to 2017, Filip worked at CSOB in various roles. Filip started as a Product Analyst in the Segment Marketing Department and then became a Senior Product Analyst in the Product Design Department from 2013 to 2014. Filip later took on the role of Segment Manager, where they managed the retail segment, coordinated business development projects, and led a successful CRM implementation project.

In 2017, Filip joined O2 Czech Republic as a Segment Manager, where they were responsible for managing the ICT segment, defining strategies, and product lifecycle management. Filip played a key role in defining the value proposition and business requirements for eKasa Kompakt.

Continuing their career, Filip joined ING in 2018 and held the position of Product Owner. Filip managed an agile team for Payments and Daily Banking products, where they defined commercial strategies, led projects to fulfill regulatory requirements, and defined both business and IT requirements. In 2020, they were promoted to Central Product Owner, where they managed the backlog for retail banking of ING CZ and led multiple squads in Madrid and Prague in a fully Agile setup.

Most recently, Filip Jašek joined Alza.cz a.s. in 2021 as a Product Owner.

Overall, Filip has gained extensive experience in product management, business development, project management, and strategy formulation throughout their career.

Filip Jašek attended the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Economics and Management. In terms of additional certifications, they are a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) obtained from the Scrum Alliance in April 2021.
