Josef Novák

Josef Novák has extensive work experience in various roles. Josef started their career at Inspirum Technologies, s.r.o. in 2016, where they initially worked as a Frontend Coder. From 2017 to 2021, they served as the Key account manager and Project manager. During this time, they played a crucial role in establishing the client support department and implementing related processes. Josef excelled in negotiating service level agreements (SLA) and main orders with long-term clients. Additionally, they led a team of client support specialists.
