Kateřina Nováková has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kateřina started their career as an Administrator Shared Services Center at GE Money Bank in 2011 and worked there until 2015. In 2016, they joined UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions as a Domestic Payment Officer. Kateřina then moved to Alza.cz a.s. in 2017 and held multiple positions. Kateřina initially worked as a Reporting Specialist in the Vendor Team until 2019, responsible for marketing planning and budgeting. Since 2019, they have been a Vendor Partner, actively involved in creating long-term strategies and managing the country budget. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vendor Marketing Manager, a role they assumed in February 2022.

Kateřina Nováková has a degree in Business and Administration (Inženýr - Ing.) from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Accounting with Practical Management on PC accredited by MŠMT from the institution MAVO.
