Ľudmila Kloudová began their work experience in 2007 as a Multifunctional Call Centre Agent at T-Com. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Manager of Fundraising and PR specialist at the International Project Management Conference. In 2010, they were the Manager of Production of Gala Evening at Cena Salvator 2009 - Cena hejtmana Zlinskeho kraje.
From 2011 to 2015, Ľudmila worked as a Marketing Manager at JUKO s.r.o. Prešov, where they built the marketing department from scratch. Ľudmila also conducted market research, created marketing plans, and established a customer database.
In 2015, they became a Digital Media Planner at Dentsu Aegis Network, where they planned and executed digital campaigns for agency clients. Ľudmila also coordinated with suppliers and specialists to ensure successful campaign launches and evaluations.
From 2016 to 2017, Ľudmila worked as an Account Manager at Slevomat, where they actively sought and acquired new clients in the travel segment. Ľudmila also managed client portfolios and developed travel packages.
In 2017, they became the Marketing Lead at Revolgy, leading a team of 4 people in the marketing department. Ľudmila conducted market research, found value propositions, and executed renaming and rebranding efforts.
From 2019 to 2022, Ľudmila worked at Alza.cz a.s., starting as a Junior Marketing Campaign Manager and progressing to become a Digital Marketing Manager. Ľudmila managed various campaigns, conducted business and market analysis, and ensured on-time execution. Ľudmila also rotated to different departments to gain in-depth knowledge of the company.
Throughout their career, Ľudmila has demonstrated expertise in marketing, campaign management, market research, and strategic planning.
Ľudmila Kloudová obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications from Tomas Bata University in Zlín in the period of 2008 to 2011. Ľudmila later pursued a Master's degree in Marketing Communications from the same university from 2013 to 2015.
In 2010, Kloudová attended the University of Lapland for a short duration, where they studied Intercultural Communication. Additionally, during the same year, they also studied Finnish language at the University of Lapland.
In October 2018, Kloudová obtained a certification in "CMO Foundations: Measuring Marketing Effectiveness (ROI)" from LinkedIn.
