Mariana Aguirre possesses extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also practiced as a Nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer in subjects such as applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational credentials include a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
