Katherine MacKland-Rivera

Katherine Mackland-Rivera has accumulated extensive experience in Human Resources management throughout their career. Katherine has held various leadership positions, including Senior Director of Human Resources at AM Batteries, Vice President of Human Resources at Titan.ium Platform, LLC formerly NetNumber, and Human Resources Director at netnumber Global Data Services. Katherine'sresponsibilities have included overseeing HR operations, leading training and development programs, and managing HR teams to support organizational goals. Prior to their leadership roles, they served as a Human Resources Manager and Director at different companies.

Katherine Mackland-Rivera attended the Academy of Notre Dame from 1995 to 1999. Katherine then went on to Salem State University from 2001 to 2003, focusing on Early Childhood Education and Teaching. Finally, they pursued Human Resources Management and Services at the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2006.
