Donna Stokes

Donna Stokes, PMP, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the energy and healthcare sectors. At AM Conservation, Donna leads operations for nine utility retail marketplaces and develops junior project managers. Prior roles include managing health information exchange projects at TeamHealth, enhancing utility program participation at Lirio, and serving as a regulatory specialist for natural gas at Knoxville Utilities Board. Donna has also contributed to energy efficiency evaluations at DNV KEMA and worked in community relations and research. Donna holds a Master’s degree in Urban Affairs and Public Policy from the University of Delaware and various project management credentials from the University of Tennessee.
