With over 30 years of experience and an exceptional record of delivering results, Eileen Cavanaugh is an inclusive and influential business partner known for building outstanding teams and developing best-in-class finance leaders through clear-sighted leadership and straightforward communication. As Chief Financial Officer, she drives business strategy to transform processes, realizes strategic cost reduction and guides the organization through transition and growth. Eileen holds an MBA in International Business from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Fairfield University, where she graduated Cum Laude and is Lean Six Sigma-Green Belt certified. Active in her community, she is a McGivney Community Center Board Member. Special Olympics-Unified Sports Board of Control Member, and mentor for Fairfield University Business School students.
