Danielle Shaw

Danielle Shaw is a highly experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Senior Learning and Development Manager at AM FRESH GROUP since February 2020 and as an Independent Learning and Management Development Consultant for Edable Ltd since January 2016. Danielle has a strong background in skills development and business-education partnerships, having worked as a Skills Development Officer at InvestSK and as the Business and Education Development Manager at The Skills Service. Danielle's previous roles include General Manager at Management Development Services (MDS) Ltd, overseeing a graduate training program in the fresh produce industry, and Associate Lecturer and Course Manager at Harper Adams University. Additionally, Danielle has contributed as a Volunteer Business Expert with The Working Knowledge Group. Danielle's extensive expertise stems from a long tenure at Unilever as a Microbiologist and Business Support Scientist. Danielle holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Microbiology from UCL and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Hertfordshire.
