Jim Moran

Jim Moran currently holds the position of Quality Assurance and Business Development at AM-GARD, INC. since November 2018, focusing on client service excellence and expanding the client base. Previously, Jim served as Managing Director at CWS Consulting, LLC, managing a loss control and risk management firm for multiple regional insurance companies. As General Manager at G4S Secure Solutions, Jim led over 500 personnel across more than 100 locations while exhibiting strong market awareness and growth management. Jim also achieved significant growth as Regional Director at CLEANNET, successfully establishing a market presence in Pittsburgh. Additional roles include Contract Security Director at both Black Knight Security and Valor Security Services, and Loss Prevention Manager at rue21. Jim began their career as a Police Officer/Instructor at Allegheny County Police Department, after serving as a Law Enforcement Manager in the United States Air Force. Jim holds an MBA from Waynesburg University, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Geneva College, and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force.
