Luis Miguel Correia

Luis Miguel Correia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of advanced analytics, process automation, and digital transformation within public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Development & Integration at AMA - Agência para a Modernização Administrativa since September 2022, Luis is a key member of the senior management team, leading the Public Administration Digital Competencies Centre. Prior to this role, Luis held multiple managerial positions at Nexllence, overseeing practices in advanced analytics and process automation while managing a large team of IT professionals. Luis started the career at GSI, progressing through various roles that established a strong foundation in CRM and e-business solutions. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in e-Business/CRM from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and a licentiate degree in Information Technology and Management from Universidade do Algarve.
