Debbi Ricks

Debbi Ricks has extensive experience in the music and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as Membership Chair and a member of the Silicon Valley Harp Ensemble at the Silicon Valley Chapter of the American Harp Society since 2009. Ricks holds the title of Historian for AMA Alliance since July 2022 and has been the Technology Editor for Physician Family Media since 2016. With over 45 years as a professional harpist, Ricks has performed throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and collaborated with the West Valley Symphony Orchestra. Previous roles include Advisory Board Member for Prevention Partnership International, Advisor and Communications Editor for LACMA Alliance, Director of External Communications for AMA Alliance, and President of the California Medical Association Alliance. Ricks also contributed as a member of the Board of Trustees for the California Medical Association. Ricks possesses a BA in Music Education with a focus on Harp Performance from California State University, Fresno, and a CA Life Teaching Credential in Elementary Education and Music from San Jose State University.
