Marcell Lantigua Montesino

Marcell Lantigua Montesino has extensive experience in the clinical laboratory sector, currently serving as Facilitadora at Amadita Laboratorio Clínico since October 2016, where responsibilities include personnel management, conflict resolution, and proactive participation in meetings to develop new practices. Previous roles at Claro RD from January 2012 to September 2016 included positions as Líder de orientación and representatives in both customer service and sales. Marcell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Dominico Americano, with additional qualifications in negotiation techniques, leadership and supervision, basic supervision fundamentals, first aid, and professional training facilitation from various educational institutions including INFOTEP and Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo.
