Ana Lia Alvarez has extensive experience in the fields of consciousness, human potential, and sustainable practices. At the Institute of Noetic Sciences since 1994, Ana Lia serves as the International Contact for Spanish Language Countries, conducting research on the mind's workings. Since 2008, Ana Lia has been a Facilitadora with the Pachamama Alliance, fostering a global community that integrates indigenous wisdom and modern knowledge for personal and collective transformation. In 2015, Ana Lia became a Bars Facilitator with Access Consciousness, utilizing tools that promote access to consciousness without judgment. Additionally, from 1993 to 1997, Ana Lia worked as a Productora for a television program focused on cutting-edge minds, science, spirituality, and new paradigms.
