Nimisha Nair

Nimisha Nair has a diverse work experience. Nimisha is currently the Lead HRBP (Revenue, Customer Success & Enablers) at Amagi Corporation since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. from 2015 to 2021, where they held various roles including Group Manager - Brand HR for Lifestyle Brands, Sr. HRBP & COE for PMS & Job Evaluation and Talent & Learning, HR Business Partner & COE for PMS & Job Evaluation, and BCOE (TM, Learning & OE) - Retail & Apparel Sector. Before joining Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., they worked at Raymond Limited as an HR Business Partner and Assistant Manager - HR.

Nimisha Nair completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from South Indian Education Societys College of Arts Science and Commerce in 2008. Nimisha then pursued a Post Graduation in Management Studies specializing in Human Resources Development from SIES College of Management Studies in India from 2009 to 2011. In addition, Nimisha has obtained various certifications including a Diploma in Transactional Analysis from the South Asian Association of Transactional Analysts in November 2020, an NLP Master Practitioner certification from ANLP INTERNATIONAL CIC in April 2019, and a Certified NLP Practitioner certification from ANLP INTERNATIONAL CIC in July 2018, among others.
