Jana Simon

Jana Simon has a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion, with their most recent role as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Milbank LLP. Prior to that, they held similar positions at Wiggin and Dana LLP and Jackson Lewis P.C. Jana also has experience in business development and marketing, having worked as a Senior Business Development Coordinator at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP and as a Regional Marketing Manager at Jackson Lewis P.C. Jana started their career in the non-profit sector, where they interned at the American Friends Service Committee and the American Civil Liberties Union of Georgia.

Jana Simon holds an Executive Certificate in Strategic Diversity & Inclusion Management from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, which was completed in 2018. Jana also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in African American Studies from Emory University, graduating in 2011. In addition, they studied Aboriginal Studies at UNSW from 2009 to 2010.
