Stefan Niesen

Stefan Niesen has extensive experience in the sales and business development field. Stefan is currently the Vice President of Sales EMEA at Amagi Corporation since November 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of DTV Media LLC starting from January 2019.

From November 2016 to December 2018, Stefan worked as the Vice President of Sales at Beenius, where they were responsible for managing the sales team and turnover of the company's Interactive TV Platform.

Before that, they held the position of Managing Director Europe & Russia/CIS at Ericsson from June 2013 to November 2016, where they oversaw the sales of Envivio product range in Europe and Russia/CIS.

Stefan also worked as the Sales Director Europe & Russia/CIS at Access from March 2011 to June 2013, focusing on Netfront Browser solutions.

Prior to that, they served as the Sales Director Europe at Espial (Kasenna) from February 2007 to April 2011, and as the Sales Director STB Operators at SAGEMCOM from June 2004 to February 2007.

Stefan's career began at D2T in February 1999, where they worked as the Export Sales Manager, responsible for sales and business development in various countries including Germany, Switzerland, Austria, UK, Italy, India, Spain, Turkey, and South Korea.

Stefan also briefly served as a Strategic Advisor at Ile de France Developpement from March 1998 to October 1998.

Stefan Niesen's education history includes a DESS in Technical innovation and Project Management from DESS Universite d'Angers - ISTIA, earned from 1997 to 1998. Prior to that, Stefan attended ESCE Paris from 1992 to 1996, studying at the International Business School. In addition to their educational background, Stefan obtained a certification in Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2020.
