Yodhi Kharismanto has several years of experience in various roles at different companies. Yodhi started their career as an intern at Chevron in 2010, where they assisted with an ERP system migration project. In 2015, Yodhi joined CIMB Niaga as a Relationship Manager, responsible for acquiring and maintaining relationships with priority banking customers. Yodhi then moved to amalan international in 2016, where they held multiple positions including Director of Digital Marketing, Director of Growth, Chief of Staff, and currently serves as the Chief Sales Officer. In these roles, Yodhi led sales, marketing, and growth teams, ensured the achievement of company targets, and played a key role in scaling the organization.

Yodhi Kharismanto's education history begins in 2007 when they enrolled at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology. Yodhi completed their undergraduate studies in 2011.

In 2012, Yodhi enrolled in Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) again, this time for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management. Yodhi successfully earned their MBA in 2014.

Later, in 2020, Yodhi attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management for an Executive Education program focused on "Mastering Sales: A Toolkit for Success." Yodhi completed this program within the same year.

In addition to their academic achievements, Yodhi has obtained various certifications and completed several courses. Yodhi earned the following certifications: "Certified Sales Coach" from Coaching Indonesia, "Become a Leader" from LinkedIn, "Coaching Skills as a Leader and a Manager" from LinkedIn, "Inbound Sales" from HubSpot, "Sales Enablement" from HubSpot, "Become a Sales Manager" from LinkedIn, "Sales and Persuasion by Daniel Pink" from MasterClass, "Mastering Sales: A Toolkit for Success" from Kellogg Executive Education, "OKR Goal Setting" from Udemy, and "Certified Financial Planner (CFP)" from FPSB Indonesia. Yodhi acquired these certifications between November 2020 and March 2021.

Furthermore, Yodhi completed the course "Frictionless Sales" from HubSpot in February 2021.
