Kathleen Gasperine

Kathleen Gasperine is an accomplished financial and strategic leader with extensive experience in social impact banking, fundraising, and political management. Currently serving as the First Vice President of Social Impact Banking at Amalgamated Bank since May 2020, Kathleen is dedicated to advancing social, climate, and gender equality. Previously, Kathleen held various prominent roles, including Social Impact Commercial Banker at Paradigm: Political Management & Philanthropy, and Deputy National Finance Director for Hillary for America. Other significant positions include National Development Director at Organizing for Action and multiple finance director roles during key political campaigns, including Obama for America and the Democratic National Committee. Kathleen is a graduate of Ithaca College, where a Bachelor of Arts in Politics was earned.
