Mandy Tenner

Mandy Tenner has served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel since April 1, 2022. Before that she served as the Deputy General Counsel from April 2018 to April 2022, and as the Assistant General Counsel from April 2016 until April 2018. Before joining us, she served as counsel for ContourGlobal, a global power company from November 2010 to March 2016. Earlier in her career, she worked at Guggenheim Partners in their Leveraged Debt Group. She holds a bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from Brandeis University, an M.A. in French from Middlebury College, and a J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School.
