Nicholas Pancrazio

Nicholas Pancrazio has a diverse work experience, primarily in the political and banking sectors. Nicholas began their career in 2009 at the Democratic National Committee, where they worked as a Research Associate and later as a Research Supervisor in Compliance until 2011. Nicholas then joined the Obama for America campaign as the Director of Compliance and Vetting from 2011 to 2013. Following this, Pancrazio worked as the Director of Operations at the House Majority PAC from 2013 to 2015. Nicholas then served as the Chief Compliance Officer for Hillary for America from 2015 to 2017. Pancrazio transitioned to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) in 2017, assuming the role of Director of Business Operations and Compliance until 2019. In the same year, they joined the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) as the Deputy Executive Director of Administration and Planning for a few months. Currently, Pancrazio holds the position of First Vice President, Commercial Banker and Relationship Manager at Amalgamated Bank since October 2019.

Nicholas Pancrazio earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
