Lika Ono is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in training and quality assurance management. Currently serving as the Training and Quality Assurance Manager at AMAN since July 2022, Lika previously held multiple roles within the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from 2014 to 2022, culminating in the position of Assistant Front Office Manager.
