Lloyd Baccay

Lloyd Baccay has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Lloyd began their career as a Food & Beverage Captain at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates in 2007. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation as both a Front Desk Agent and a Guest Services Team Leader. Lloyd then moved to The Chedi Muscat - a GHM Hotel, where they held various roles including Front Office Duty Manager, Rooms Division Training Manager, and Assistant Training Manager from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas as a Human Resources Training Manager, a position they held until 2023. Currently, Baccay serves as the Director of Human Resources at AMAN.

Lloyd Baccay completed a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Arellano University in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Certification in Basic Microsoft Office Applications from Informatics in 2006. Lloyd also received a High School Diploma from The Fort Bonifacio High School in 2000.
