Veronica Paiva

Veronica Paiva has extensive experience in retail operations. Veronica is currently working as the Global Retail Operations Director at AMAN, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Retail Operations Director at AMAN from March 2021 to February 2022, and as the Retail Operations Coordinator from November 2020 to March 2021.

Before joining AMAN, Veronica worked at Burberry from January 2020 to August 2020 as the Retail Operations Manager EMEIA & CHINA, and as the Operations Manager from February 2019 to January 2020.

Veronica also has experience at Prada Group, where they held the position of Retail Operations Manager - Italia from April 2018 to August 2018, and the position of Retail Operations Manager UK & Northern Europe from October 2016 to April 2018.

Prior to Prada Group, Veronica worked at Prada Group as the Retail Operations Manager - Prada & MIU MIU from April 2014 to August 2016, and as a Store Manager from July 2012 to April 2014.

Their earlier experience includes working at the Ermenegildo Zegna Group as a Store Manager from September 2011 to May 2012, and as a Concession Manager from April 2010 to August 2011.

Veronica Paiva has a diverse education history. Veronica completed their degree in International Relations and the Political Economy with a focus on International Business from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Buying & Merchandising, specializing in Merchandising and Buying Operations, from the London College of Fashion in 2006. In 2002, Veronica attended the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, where they studied Information Technology. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Burberry in 2020.
