Sarah Larrabee

Sarah Larrabee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mental health and coaching. Since January 2012, Sarah has owned and operated various businesses, specializing in marketing and networking. From January 2021 to June 2024, Sarah served as a Stress Resilience and Post Traumatic Growth Expert at Sarah E Larrabee, LLC, leveraging a mastery in clinical mental health counseling and additional certifications as a Board Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and a Certified Mental Wellness Coach through the Functional Foods Institute. Prior to this, Sarah was a Coast Guard Officer from December 1999 to December 2006, where responsibilities included operations and intelligence analysis, with deployment experience in the Caribbean. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
