Shelbie K. currently serves as a Brand Partner Relations Specialist at Amare Global since April 2023. Previously, at Young Living Essential Oils from January 2015 to April 2023, Shelbie held multiple roles including RCD & Escalation Conduct Success Advocate, where responsibilities included resolving brand partner concerns, conducting audits of social media posts, commissions, and organizational structures, as well as maintaining confidentiality. As a Conduct Success Advocate, data collection and management of sensitive legal documentation were key duties, alongside developing canned note responses and standard operating procedures. Additionally, as the Member Services Team Lead, Shelbie managed a team that assisted Canadian members with order issues, provided coaching, and ensured quality assurance. Education includes a High School Diploma from American Fork High School.
