Nitzan van-Raalte Katz

Nitzan Van-Raalte Katz has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. They served as the VP and Head of the Knowledge Management & Training Development Division at Amarel Ltd from 2016 onwards. Prior to that, they were the VP and Chief of Staff for Technology and Resources at Migdal Group from 2010 to 2016, where they managed budgets, developed strategies, and designed multiyear plans. From 2007 to 2010, Nitzan worked as the Manager of Organizational Development, Strategy & Training at Malam, focusing on company strategy and goal planning. They began their career as an Organizational Development Specialist at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, where they oversaw organizational change and developed future managers.

Nitzan Van-Raalte Katz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Developmental Psychology, Sociology and Anthropology from Tel Aviv University between 2000 and 2003. Nitzan then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Organizational Development from the University of Haifa. No specific start and end years were provided for the Master's Degree.
