Margarita Llorente

Margarita Llorente serves as the Vicepresidente de asuntos corporativos, jurídicos y sostenibilidad and Secretary General at Amarilo S.A.S. since April 2016. Prior experience includes legal advisor roles at Glencore Colombia from October 2008 to 2016 and Independiente from August 2005 to September 2008, as well as positions at Brigard & Urrutia and Comcel S.A. (now Claro Colombia). Margarita’s educational background includes a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Studies from Boston University School of Law, a certificate in Canadian legal studies from York University, and a degree in Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Bar admission occurred in Colombia in 1998 and New York in 2005.
