Caleb Daniels

Caleb Daniels is the Founder and President of Amaris Consulting, leading a team of M&A Advisors in the Lower Middle Market since October 2023. Previously, Caleb served as Vice President at Cornerstone Business Services, Inc. from July 2021 to October 2023, and as Owner Operator of Midwest Erosion Control from September 2014 to June 2021. Prior experience includes working as Operations Reporting Manager at MBI Energy Services from February 2012 to November 2016, where Caleb focused on improving processes and operational efficiencies, and as Senior Associate at Brady, Martz & Associates, P.C., where audit and review functions were performed primarily for the construction industry. Caleb holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead, earned between 2003 and 2008.
