Su Polatoglu

Su Polatoglu is a seasoned Senior UX Researcher currently working at Amaris Consulting since September 2023, having previously held the same title at OLX Group from October 2022 to August 2023. Su founded UXapply, serving as a UX Researcher and Consultant from October 2020 to October 2022, focusing on mixed methods and qualitative research, as well as aiding organizations in digitizing their UX Research processes. Professional experience includes roles at Philips as a Digital Product Researcher UX/UI, and as a Teaching Assistant at Leiden University for Human-Computer Interaction and Information Visualization. Additional roles range from UX & Communications Executive at Tour Andiamo to responsibilities at Vodafone in Corporate Affairs and as a Recruitment Consultant at EY. Su holds a Master of Science in Advanced Computer Science from Universiteit Leiden and has completed guest studies at Delft University of Technology and the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Koç University.
