Hayelom Tadesse

Hayelom Tadesse has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and sales industries. Hayelom served as the SVP of Strategy and Continuous Improvement at AMAROK Security. Prior to that, they held positions at Iron Mountain, including Vice President of Enterprise Technology, Senior Director of CRM Platforms, Director of Enterprise Data, Director of QA and Process Automation, and Global Program Manager - Agreement to Cash. Earlier in their career, Hayelom worked at Recall as the Manager of Quality & Business Improvement/Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Sales and Business Development Manager/Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Hayelom also had roles as Inside Sales Supervisor and channel partnership management, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Account Manager, Customer Resolution, and Inside Sales Executive. Hayelom began their career as an Account Manager at Grayson Advertising/Vantage Marketing International.

Hayelom Tadesse holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General from Penn State University. Hayelom also obtained a minor in Management from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Recall, with the Black Belt certification obtained in 2015 and the Green Belt certification obtained in 2014.
