Randy Prabha Yogana

Randy Prabha Yogana has several years of work experience in procurement and sourcing roles. Randy Prabha started their career as a Purchasing Staff at PT. Dharma Polimetal, where they handled end-to-end purchases for maintenance and consumable parts. Randy Prabha then worked as a Procurement Sourcing Officer at PT. Kawan Lama Sejahtera. At Home Credit Indonesia, they held various roles including Procurement Buyer Specialist, Strategic Sourcing Buyer Specialist, and Sourcing & Procurement Manager. In these roles, they managed strategic purchases, worked closely with stakeholders, handled tender processes, managed contracts, and achieved cost savings. Currently, they are the Procurement Senior Lead at Amartha Microfinance, responsible for developing procurement workflows and policies to streamline operations and ensure compliance.

Randy Prabha Yogana earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Indonesia, graduating in 2016. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications, including "Complete Contract Management Bootcamp: Zero to Hero" from Udemy in 2022, "Sertifikasi Dasar Pembiayaan - Managerial" from PT.
