Nigel Crawford McIps

Nigel Crawford has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Nigel started their career in 1988 as a Buyer at British Aerospace (Commercial Aircraft) Ltd and then worked as a Sales Engineer at Bae Systems Plc. Nigel later joined BRITANNIA AIRWAYS LIMITED as a Purchasing Officer and then moved to Tesco, where they held roles such as Group Buying Manager and Group Supply Chain Manager. From 2003 to 2006, they served as the Group Purchasing Manager at Ebookers.com Ltd. Nigel's most recent position was at Travelport, where they started as a Global Procurement Category Manager in 2006 and progressed to become the Director of Procurement Governance. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Director of Global Procurement, where they were responsible for leading the Indirect Procurement category and developing a global procurement strategy. Throughout their career, Nigel has excelled in stakeholder relationship management, cost savings, supplier performance, and delivering various business benefits.

Nigel Crawford MCIPS completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Geography from the University of Wales between 1985 and 1988.
