William Weng

William Weng has worked in the Human Resources field since 2003. William began their career as a Recruiting & Training Specialist at Shanghai Kerry Oils & Grains Industrial Co., Ltd. in 2003. In 2004, they joined DHL Supply Chain as the Head of HR for East China & Central and West China. William also held the positions of Head of HR, South China (Acting), HR Manager, Personnel Management, East China, Senior HR executive, P&G Project, HR executive, Blue Collar Staff Management, East China, and Training Executive, East China. In 2013, they moved to SAIC Finance as Manager of the HR Department, where they were a member of a committee to set up a new JV between SAIC finance and Volkswagen finance. In 2014, they joined Tyco as an HR Business Partner for China, Tyco Fire Products. In 2016, they became the Senior HR Business Partner for Scent & Care, Greater China at Symrise AG. In 2018, they joined AMASS GROUP as the Human Resources Director. In this role, they drove HR innovation, transformed the HR team, and led HR digitalization innovation. William also established a talent management system, worked closely with board members, and drove organization development. Additionally, they handled ESOPs as part of an incentive program for high-level management teams.

William Weng received their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Shanghai University of Science and Engineering in 2003. William then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Alliance Manchester Business School, which they completed in 2016.
