Charles Oliver

AAU Global Iniative Ambassador at Amateur Athletic Union of the United States, Inc.

Charles Oliver has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Charles currently holds the position of AAU 2nd Vice President at Amateur Athletic Union. Prior to this role, they served as the National Chair of AAU - Athletics. Charles also has extensive experience as an entrepreneur, having founded Coach O Enterprises in 1989. Under Coach O Enterprises, they have successfully developed three divisions: apparel and equipment, event management, and online registration. Charles's earlier career includes positions at the University of Tennessee as Administrative Assistant in Spring Sports Event Management and Assistant Track and Field Coach. Charles also served as the Head Track and Field Coach at Troy University.

Charles Oliver completed their Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Troy University in 1977. Charles then pursued their Master of Science in Secondary Education from the same university and successfully completed it in 1981. Additionally, Charles attended a Sports Administrative & Facilities Management Seminar where they had the opportunity to present under the guidance of Dr. Leroy Walker, the Past President of the United States Olympic Committee.
